Germany cultivation social club, Germany is pioneering a new approach to weed with the approval of its first cultivation social club!
On July 8, the “Social Club Ganderkesee” in Lower Saxony became the first to be approved under the new recreational law.
This law, effective from April 1, allows nonprofit clubs to cultivate weed for their members. Each club can have up to 500 members, who can receive up to 50g of weed per month (30g for those under 21).
The members collectively manage cultivation and processing, ensuring no commercial sales. This new system gives states the flexibility to set up their own specific regulations, making it a unique model in Europe! 🇩🇪
